Shipping Policy

Where we ship. Kelunix ships to Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand. We don’t ship to other countries yet.

Cost. Tracked shipping is free on every order to all five countries. No shipping fees are added at checkout.

Delivery time. Estimated delivery is 5–12 business days to all five countries. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. These are estimates; carrier delays, customs checks and peak seasons can add time.

Tracking. We email your tracking number when your order ships. You can follow it on our Track your order page.

Prices, duties and taxes. Prices are shown in CAD for Canada, USD for the United States, GBP for the United Kingdom, AUD for Australia and NZD for New Zealand. Customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees and taxes charged by their country, unless they were already collected at checkout or the law requires otherwise.

Lost, damaged or wrong items. If your parcel arrives damaged, you receive the wrong item, or tracking stops updating for an extended period, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
